Abyei base from the air. The third and fourth from the top show the Mi-17 in camp on the heli-pad and the security wall we live behind. I would show you the armed posts along the wall with machine guns but I would probably get in trouble and I don't need anymore trouble
This is so much different than I imagined it would be.
ReplyDeleteThat helicopter is a tremendous size, larger by far than the chopper used to fly me into the Forestry tower look out years ago.

Oh yes and the MI-26 the other one in the photos at the Kadugli airport is way bigger.
