  1. Very Cool. Where are all those people shouting and yelling at their friends? funny.
looks like you missed your taxi while taking the last photo there dude.
Similar to the topic cities around the equator with much more dust.

  2. Hi Kirk...Seeing you in your uniform makes this all too real for me. It is very interesting to learn about the challenges of the area. But, also a little surreal to hear about the unrest in Abyei and then see you sipping carmellanoes! Now, that's the Kirk I know...not all that different that making gum drop dresses really!!
Love from all 3 of us

  3. Hi Cricket, Paul and baby Clair, really good to from you and yes it is very interesting over here, the (correction) brrrista carmelloes, I made a mistake in the spelling of the name of that drink. And there is no alcohol in it believe it or not. Actually there is no alcohol allowed in the north of Sudan at all. Sharia Law and all that. The carmello is a coffee drink not that you know that by drinking it. Christine it is by far the most amazing thing drink I have ever had. Some coffee, vanilla ice cream, whip cream and carmel sauce, oooohhh yes.
